Get Pro back on a new phone.
Open Settings in Aloudeo, the gear at the top left, and tap Restore your purchase. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you paid with.
Cancel a plan.
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Open a file that won't read.
You can open PDFs, EPUB, MOBI and AZW3 without DRM, FB2, Word, RTF, Markdown, plain text and photos of text. Books bought in a store that locks them with DRM stay in that store's app. A PDF made of photos reads through the text recognition on your phone.
Get the voices.
The first time you press play, your phone downloads the voices once. Stay online for a minute; after that, you listen offline.
Hear a word the wrong way.
Write to us with the sentence and the voice you picked. We look at how that title, number or name comes out, and a fix reaches every book at once.
